At Brodie we were able to utilise an unused garage space to provide the Client with an adaptable room.  The room was envisaged to be used as a play room for their young children but could be used as an extra bedroom in the future, with access to the downstairs WC. 

 

We were able to borrow space from the garage so that the WC could also accommodate a shower tray future proofing the property further.
