Having previously contributed to the detailed planning application for 3042 homes, including associated commercial, amenity and landscaping spaces, for Springfield Properties, we were pleased to be involved in the revised Phase 1 application.

Phase 1 will introduce the first 201 homes within this new village. The revised house type range incorporates updates to align with current building regulations and contemporary living standards.
